Marcus began his tutelage 10 years ago through one of America's most renowned corporate dance studios. His diligence, natural grace, and fastidious attention to technique quickly ascended him toward several national titles, and subsequently earned him his NDCA membership, as well as PRO-DVIDA certification. Before long, Marcus left the staid restrictions corporate affiliation imposes to pursue his own ideal of what dance can be. Though hesitant to admit it, Marcus is esteemed a local celebrity in the dance world, having appeared on such television shows as MTV's “Made”, and “Chronicle”s 2007 & 2008 Boston Christmas tree-lighting ceremony. He has also worked with the Boston Ballet in their production of “Du Tour”, and performed in the Dancing With The Stars Boston showcase.
